INTRODUCTION
 
1.The controllers are designed for speed variation of single phase motors, especially for the fan speed control on air cooled condensers. Monitor the condenser tube temperature, through speed variation of the fan of air-cooled condenser, results in optimum performance.
2.Using a temperature sensor as the input device to the fan speed controller, gives quick response to the pressure variation in the refrigerant system. The controller varies the fan speed under cooling mode from 10% to 98% at linear speed adjustment.Under cooling mode in low ambient, the controller can prevent the fan frequently switch. The linear fan speed control can enhance the efficiency of the compressor, improving the system performance with reducing the power consumption.The controller is programmable with control panel to adjust the temperature setpoint. Upon necessary, can adjust the temperature setpoint to adjust the outdoor fan speed, with lower the outdoor noise.
3.The controller applicable for various refrigerant type condensing units: R410A, R22, R407C, R404A, etc.The controller is programmable. When equipped in different type of condensing unit, the setpoint is adjustable by control panel according to different refrigerant pressure ¨C temp table.
4.For DX air conditioning outdoor condensing units, under cooling model: when condensing coils temperature (pressure) is high, the fan speed controller will speed up the fan motor to reduce the condensing coils temperature (pressure); when condensing temperature (pressure) is low, the controller will lower the fan motor running speed to maintain the condensing temperature (pressure).For DX heat pump unit, under heating mode, the controller will bypass the outdoor motor speed adjustment. Outdoor fan motor running at full speed. (There is connector to import 4-way valve signal.)
5.For refrigeration condensing unit with digital expansion valves, when the ambient temperature is low, the controller will lower the outdoor motor speed to guarantee the expansion valve normal operation, with enough flow rate though the expansion valve supplying evaporator, maintain the demand cold capacity.

USE OF BUTTONS ON CONTROL PANEL
 
Once installed, press the SET key and then the light of the display will shine. Press the key of ¡üor ¡ý,that will set the requested condensing temperature while the display will show the rate of the fan speed.
The Fan Speed controller of YMC706 series can adjust the fan speed rate to control the condensing temperature under the maximum condensing temperature. At the same time it displays percentage of fan speed rate. When the fan speed control displays (Ò»LO), the fan speed is running at the lowest rate. You can watch the display on the fan speed control to compare with the table 1 to know the fact of condensing temperature.
Note: If the sensor happen fault, the fan speed control will display ¡°EO¡±.
